F&S started in June 2002 in Weston specializing in the development of business plans and market research. In 2006, its founder, Rafael Ferrer launched the Tax Division as part of the integral services for entrepreneurs and in 2008, the Company opened its Accounting Division and incorporated additional services such as Business Valuation, Tax Planning and Payroll.
